10 Minute Workout To Tame Your Fitness

In a day and age where we are bombarded with fitness trends, new products, and supplements aimed at the weight loss audiences, it's no wonder still so many people are unhealthy and lost at sea for where to start. Don't worry you are not alone!

When it comes to physical exercise it is an absolute necessity in order to have life energy, daily vitality, and simply feel good on a daily basis. The good news is it can be made simple, all you have to do is show up and say YES.

We believe that a healthy body houses a healthy mind and if we can inspire people to Tame both the body and mind, it can lead to increases in both overall wellbeing, and a more purposeful fulfilling life.

If you are an absolute beginner we always use the principle of Listening To Your Body. That means, start with slow steady progress. Walking everyday is a great start, and as you incorporate a daily exercise practice you will in a short time start to feel better inside and out.

Our three pillars to Tame Your Body are:

Consistency - You must do it regularly and ideally 4 - 5 times per week. Progress will follow and you must not break the chain of making exercise a healthy habit.

Variety - You must have a few different types of both aerobic and anaerobic exercises. Your body is an adaptation machine and mixing it up will keep your muscles growing, joints mobile, and heart healthy. Try doing cardio, basic strength training, and some form of yoga or pilates to keep your regime fresh and fun.

Intensity - You must make it spicy! If it doesn't challenge you it will not lead to any lasting changes. Again start small, but don't forget to get a bit sweaty and uncomfortable. It's from that space that leads to an even greater post workout feeling.

Star jumps Spinal twists

Scapula mobility

High knees in place

Breath work



Program: 1 minute on, 20 seconds rest, Repeat 3 times
